I use PCI Lab, (Photo Center Incorporated), to print my Professional, Photoshop edited, color profiled, color or black & white proofs and final enlarged prints.  PCI's Fuji Frontier system scans my medium format negatives to 7mb TIFF files.  I use Hasselblad H1 and Noblex Panoramic cameras only.  I don't use 35mm cameras, JPEG files or low quality inkjet prints.

 

 

PCI is, by far, the Best Lab in Southern California.  They scan my medium format film to 7mb, 300dpi, sRGB, 8 bit, TIFF files.  I Photoshop every single picture file before it is Proof Printed.

Chapter 7: Your Professional Lab & Printing Services

For the last 20 years, I have used PCI Lab, (Photo Center Incorporated), to print all of my Professional, Photoshop edited, color profiled, color or black & white proofs and final enlarged prints.  PCI's Fuji Frontier system scans my medium format negatives to 7mb TIFF files.  I use Hasselblad H1 and Noblex Panoramic cameras only.  I don't use 35mm cameras, JPEG files or low quality inkjet prints.

You can receive $500.00 to $1,200.00 worth of FREE stuff, just for booking my services.

I have personally photographed more than 4,000 Special Events with my medium format, commercial-quality, Hasselblad cameras. 

I can do everything for you or you can save some money and easily do some of this for yourselves.

You'll receive ALL of your medium format, high-definition, Fuji Film, used at your event.

You'll receive all of your 7mb, 300dpi, sRGB, 8 bit, 4"x5" TIFF files, post-produced for EVERY SINGLE picture taken at your event.

If shot digitally, with my Phase One, P25, 22 million pixel digital system on my Hasselblad H1 cameras, you'll receive all of your RAW files plus your TIFF and JPEG files.

You'll receive beautiful, sharp, 4"x5" Fuji Crystal Archive Photographic Proof Prints for EVERY SINGLE picture taken at your event.

What makes a great "Photograph" ?

A great picture does not "just happen".  It takes a lot of hard work, art, chemistry, technology and inspiration.  The final enlarged color or black & white photographic prints should last for generations to come.  

Just think of all the color or black & white photographs that you have seen throughout your life.  Why have some of them meant more to you than others ? 

 

The very essence of color or black & white photography is, in a very personal way, unique.  The enlarged pictures will "speak" to you.  They should have meaning.  They should be a part of a story.

I use Hassleblad H1 and Noblex Panoramic cameras, Fuji high-definition film and the marvelous, 22-million pixel, Phase One, P25, Digital systems.

I refuse to shoot anything with a tiny 35mm camera.

Any picture taken with a little, tiny, 35mm camera would look better if it were taken with my Hasselblad H1 cameras.

It's easy to place your enlargement orders yourself. 

Your Professional, Photoshop edited, color profiled, color or black & white proofs and final enlarged prints will be done in a couple of days.

PCI's Fuji Frontier system scans all of my medium format, Fuji film negatives to 7mb, 300dpi, sRGB, 8 bit, TIFF files.  I use Hasselblad H1 and Noblex Panoramic cameras only.  I don't use 35mm cameras, JPEG files or low quality inkjet prints.

When we meet, for the first time, I will explain the whole process.  I will give you their current lab price book and a sheet of written instructions.  When I drop off your proof prints, negatives, CD's and albums, I'll include the instructions again. 

However, if you do not want to get involved with the lab process, no problem.   Just let me know.

I'll be happy to do it all for you, at any time.   I'll take your negatives to PCI and tell them which negatives to print.  In a few days, I will return to PCI, pick up the prints and deliver them to you.
